These terms are between you and PLAY100 and cover snake100.net only; play100.io has its own Terms of Use. Our privacy policy describes what data the site keeps.

Using the game

The game is free for personal, non-commercial play in your web browser, and you don't need an account. Please don't:

  • use bots or scripts to copy (scrape) the site or to send it large numbers of requests
  • try to overload the server, get around its security or interfere with how files are delivered

Who owns what

  • Snake is a classic game. Snake100 is an unofficial, fan-made site inspired by Google Snake. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any other Snake site, app or game maker, and their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
  • The Snake100 name, the site design, its original text, graphics and code belong to PLAY100. Third-party material named on the About page, such as the Twemoji pictures, stays under its own license.

We link to other websites, such as PLAY100. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

No warranty

The site and the game are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that they will always be online, be free of bugs or work on every browser and device. Your records live in your browser and can be lost, for example when you clear your browser data.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, PLAY100 isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss from using or not being able to use the site or the game.

Changes

We may change or remove any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law.
