This is the address of PLAY100, which runs Snake100 and other PLAY100 game sites, so please put "Snake100" in your subject line. One person reads every message. Replies can take a few days. There is no contact form and no phone line.
For a bug, it helps to tell us your device and browser, which mode and settings you were playing, and what happened. A screenshot is welcome.
We can only help with Snake100. Questions about Google Snake or another Snake game should go to the people who make it.
